“The Expedia ad needs to make clear that the stairs are narrow and steep and all of the rooms are on the second floor. There was also no ac or tv. The internet was slow. The view was amazing. It also didn’t fit with the Inn premium designation that the breakfast was all Walmart knock off items.”

“What a jewel in northern Vermont! Phineas Swann Inn and Spa is in a beautiful, serene setting close to the Trout River. Our room was warmly decorated, extremely clean with a very comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom.
